Join us for Sunset Supper Club, an immersive shared dining experience as the sun goes down on Outlaw Hill.

October’s Supper Club is an exploration of earth-centered gastronomy. When we consume food, we enter into a relationship with it — we physically embody it. Inspired by this belief, Chef Liva will present an immersive 5-course dinner that honors ancestral foodways and memory. Liva will also turn to our own landscape—a body in its own right— to utilize the gifts of the earth here in Taos.

This meal will tell a story in 7 stages. Each offering is an homage to the past —slow-cooked food with earth-centered ingredients. Cooking food is the most ancient alchemy, where all the elements—water, earth, fire, air—come together to keep us tied to the earth. Prepared to honor the cycle of life. Nothing is wasted, everything returns back to the soil.

ABOUT LIVA:

Chef Liva Vino is an advocate for slow food and believes in the ancestral diet. The origin of ingredients dictates the flavors in her kitchen, and with a touch of alchemy, every meal is prepared with attention towards nutrition, sustainability and activation of the senses. Liva’s cooking journey began with foraging and growing food in Latvia and Northeastern Europe. Her world travels have added unique flavors to her craft and made her passion for real food into a career.

Sunset Supper Club is a limited seating event and will likely sell out. Reservations are required and paid for in advance. After your purchase is complete, James, our venue manager, will contact you to confirm your reservation.
